Within each dealership, there are multiple different management roles. These are as below:
Head of Business.
In every dealership, the Head of Business or Dealer Principal oversees every aspect of business operation. Working closely with the team in the dealership and the relevant manufacturer, the Head of Business or Dealer Principal will thrive on new challenges, ensuring that every department is delivering the best customer experience and driving sales promotions.
Business Manager
Each of our Business Managers work tirelessly to ensure that we are always ahead when it comes to our sales processes and making sure our customers have the best experience possible. As a Business Manager you'll take charge over reviewing performance, ensuring everything that the dealership does is FCA compliant and advising the dealership on hitting the relevant targets.
Sales Management
Demonstrating a hands on approach to manage the fantastic sales team within a dealership, you'll take charge over ensuring that we are always the very best when it comes to selling cars and offering the best customer service. Utilising the dealership and manufacturer sales systems, you'll monitor the dealership's stock levels, ensure FCA compliance and make sure that the team are converting as many leads as possible.
Aftersales Manager
Working closely with our highly skilled aftersales teams, you'll work to always make sure that our customers receive the best service possible - often long after they initially purchased a car. Inspiring the teams of experienced technicians through reviews and often through rewarding hard work, you'll take charge over everything aftersales, bodyshop and service related. This will often include working with dealership and manufacturer systems, ensuring efficiency and achieving & setting performance targets.
